Sprinkler Winterization

Carefree Irrigation will winterize your irrigation systems at a cost of $70 per house on Saturday, October 10th.

Typically, the crews arrive in the neighborhood around 7:30 am and work their way through the homes as quickly and efficiently as they are able.

To expedite the process, Carefree Irrigation asks that you have the water shut off to the sprinklers at the water meter, leave access to the controller in the garage, and leave payment on the controller (if paying by check or cash). Credit card payments need to be paid ahead of time and will be given a paid receipt on the 10th.

You do NOT need to be home to have this service BUT the irrigation shut off valve MUST be closed and technicians will need access to the controller panel for your sprinkler.

Each homeowner will be responsible for contacting Carefree Irrigation directly and adding your home to the schedule for Saturday, October 4th.

If you are interested, please provide your name, address (mention you are in Crosscreek Woods), email, and phone number to
